Why Us
Born out of a passion for marine engineering, technical marine installations were a natural progression for us during the 1980’s. Our association with H+B technics evolved when we began retro-fitting lifting platforms onto Princess Motor Yachts. From this partnership Platform Lifters Direct was born.
Platform Lifters Direct have supplied and installed tender lift platforms onto many boats, what we don’t know isn’t worth knowing.
We are UK based, out of state of the art modern offices and workshops in the southwest of England and we operate mobile installation teams throughout the UK and abroad. Whether its supply & fit or just supply, every boat lifting platform sold is backed by a professional & knowledgeable management team.
Our turn key operation and mobile time-served professional tradesmen and dedicated craftsmen offer the convenience of coming to your boat at its home berth or wherever it is lying.
We will always give you a fixed quote for your H+B technic equipment and where possible by arrangement will survey the boat for installations.
We hold stock of consumable parts and most shipments can be dispatched to you on the same day. Bespoke lifting platform installations are planned and are installed sympathetically with the boat.
